Tony Wise beat Nick Desai 4 and 2 playing the equivalent of 3 under through 16 and draws 2023 champion-slayer Mike Sposa, while Brendan Hester won two straight extra-hole matches (19 holes over Todd Burgan, then a birdie on the 20th to beat Dan Sullivan) and gets 2023 champ Todd White. Quarterfinals start at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday with semifinals in the afternoon, setting Thursday's 18-hole final.
