On 2026-04-03: The Golfweek Senior Amateur wrapped up yesterday after three rounds at Desert Willow Golf Resort's Firecliff Course in Palm Desert, CA (March 31 - April 2). Thomas Brennan and Greg Sanders led after an opening-round 68, with reigning Golfweek Senior Division National champion Jerry Gunthorpe lurking one back in a tie for third.
On 2026-04-03: Asterisk Talley was bogey-free for the second straight day, carding rounds of 66-67 to reach 11-under and take a one-shot lead into Saturday's final round at Augusta National. Meja Ortengren and Maria Jose Marin sit one back at 10-under. The top 30 and ties from Champions Retreat advance to Augusta National for the finale.
