Billy Horschel Atlanta Classic Returns to Planterra Club With 20 Past AJGA Champions in the Field

The Billy Horschel Atlanta Classic presented by Zurich returns to Planterra Club in Peachtree City, Ga. for a fourth straight year, with a 78-player field of juniors 12-19 playing 54 holes of stroke play Friday through Sunday. 156 Players Set for 71st U.S. Senior Amateur at Baltimore CC, Where McCoy Chases History Again

The championship opens Saturday on Baltimore Country Club's par-70 East Course, with 36 holes of stroke play trimming the field to 64 for match play and an 18-hole final Sept. 3. Defending champion Mike McCoy, the only player in USGA history to win both a U.S. Mid-Amateur and U.S. Senior Amateur, headlines a field playing a course that has hosted a U.S. Open, PGA Championship, U.S. Amateur and Walker Cup.
